Catalyst: A catalyst is a person or thing that precipitates an event or change. We do that for our clients by listening and understanding their priorities that pertain to family and estate planning, the transfer of wealth and executive/business succession planning.
For 60 years, we have assisted high-net-worth individuals and the owners of closely held companies by solving problems pertaining to estate planning, business planning, succession planning and retention of top talent.
Many of our individual clients need assurance they can successfully pass on their wealth or their businesses to the next generation. Our corporate clients are concerned about issues like succession planning, as well as being able to hold onto their top people. We take a completely objective approach to each strategy – not favoring one approach over another but rather testing every idea to make sure it brings our clients maximum value.
